Rewatching the UVA game, why did we throw on 1st down after Kaleb Smith...


got hurt? We had an awesome drive going, they couldn't stop Blackshear, and we had just gotten a first down with penalty yards, so we were past midfield.

That incomplete put us behind and meant we had to throw again on 3rd down. If we'd kept the ball on the ground on first and second down, we may have bled the clock even more, or scored a TD.
