I have to do that frequently between two different banks and all I did was


go to the 'Transfers' and set up transfers to an external account. Took 5 minutes and it is free. You can also go the other way so you could use the BOA account and set up transfers from the AUB account. If neither bank account supports that I would suggest switching banks. :)
