Now that the majority of the bowls are selected by collaboration rather than by standings with the one game wiggle room, what impacts for us and others do you expect?

For instance, we've played a number of Belk and military bowls. In years where we aren't in the top bowls, will we still find ourselves in Orlando on occasion? Or the occasional something completely different, e.g. Sun Bowl? I can't recall if we ended up there because the rules dictated that or because that's what the bowl committees wanted. If it's the former, I suspect it'll be more of the same more often. If it's the latter, then I suppose we'll still see the same mix.

What about the unwanteds? Do we see any teams fall down to the bottom 3? Does that matter?
