He's been around longer, but he has the same lack of HC experience...


in fact more of it, though just slightly. I think in two-three years, if successful, Huff is going to land a very high profile job and has a higher potential career arc than Pry. Huff would have been a good choice for VT, but that's why I thought VT wasn't a great choice for Huff after only one year as HC.

I do honestly think Pry is a better fit for VT. But for either one, it will come down to, how well can they recruit to VT and how well can they utilize lesser talents. Definitely have to recruit better, but we're still not going to beat out the top schools in the country for recruits. Have to develop 3 stars into really good football players consistently.
