Not really. Seems like a shot across the bow to ND to me.


Kelly realized he can’t win a championship at ND with its independent status. Plus the resources are good, but not elite, at ND.

He might fail at LSU (or eventually will probably), but if the chips fall right, he can win it all. And then he’ll ride off on top.
