Their assistant salaries for 2021 total $5.215 Million. Ours is around $3.17 Million. Tech needs to up our assistant pool to around $5 Million in my opinion to be competitive and in line with our expectations.

We currently rank between #6 and #8 in the ACC in asst coaching salary pool and behind every single team in the SEC and all teams in the Big Ten, and behind OU, Nebraska, Texas, Iowa State, Ok State, UCLA, Cal, Washington, Washington State, Utah, ASU, Oregon, Kansas State, Texas Tech, WVU, and likely behind Baylor, USC, Stanford, ND, TCU, BYU.

So best estimate is that tech would rank around #55 nationally in assistant coaching salary pool.
