You have the Sulacco, full complement of armaments, at least two drop ships, I assume at least two APCs, and the only crew is a single platoon of marines, with a junior lieutenant as the ranking (ONLY) officer, although I would think Ferro (drop ship pilot) would also be at least a lieutenant.

Anyway, there are no personnel left on the Sulacco once the platoon deploys. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is that?

Shouldn't the Sulacco have its own crew (like the Navy) which is simply providing transport, and cover/oversight for the Marines? Shouldn't there be at least one other platoon under the lieutenant's command held in reserve?

And how is it acceptable that two civilians are embedded with the platoon with no prior training or equipment? Reporters even take a damn helmet when they tagalong. Paul Reiser is dressed like he's going camping for Pete's sake.
