It's not losing or winning that matters when a team is trying to grow.....


Its losing when trying to grow that allows winners to learn from not winning, but losing.
Regardless of whether we win or lose, it's what we can learn from not winning or losing when trying to win, however the outcome, that makes us winners when we lose.
What I'm trying to say is,
