The problem is top to bottom in the coaching staff


I think he'll bring in someone who's a head coach so that they bring staff to replace the current one. It's unrealistic to just bring someone in and expect everyone to all of a sudden become better coaches and recruiters. Leveraging experience and superior ability has to be done from the immediate supervisor level. The coordinator has to mentor the position coaches. It's not done by the head coach.
