It looks like we won't be participating in any Thanksgiving festivities this year. I am so bummed for her...she was so looking forward to getting together with cousins that she rarely gets to see. She is a great kid who has taken in stride COVID and all the restrictions it created without complaint. I wanted her to experience some sort of normalcy and just enjoy being a kid and play with other children her age this weekend, but it seems like that's not going to work out. Having a hard time not feeling really down about this.
