He was not working with much. Maybe he got lucky with some hidden gems, maybe he has an eye for talent, maybe a rockstar or maybe a bust. About the same with all the candidates. I do think P5 experience is over rated except in one regard, and that is having enough contacts to put together a great staff. But again, until the person is hired, we do not know what the whole staff will look like. The coordinators are just as if not more important than the head whistle.
