has some ominous potential implications for ACC basketball. If your only Top 25 program is watching its Hall of Fame coach in his last season and looking at the rest of the league out of the gate this year, there is an increasing probability the basketball league is headed for more than a temporary decline in fortunes. Looks like the new ACC commish has more gathering storm clouds on the horizon.
