Dabo made key changes to his O staff after the first two years


That is the big key. He saw where the staff wasn't producing and he made the necessary changes. And staring in 2011 after he did that, Clemson began their dominant run. And even after that started in 2011, he made a change to D-coordinator in 2012 (after the WVU bowl loss) and brought in Venables.

Coaching loyalty is what hurts a lot of these guys (including Fu). Hire the best, and replace them if they don't produce. It's that simple.
