Finally able to sit down and watch Ohio St dual all the way through, a couple of things stuck out. We seemed to really get in on a lot of shots all up and down the lineup, but time after time Ohio St. was able to create a bunch of stalemate calls. Was this more of an inability to finish or just real savvy defense from one of the best programs in the country. Very few matches were we just outmanned, tip of the cap to Ulrey who competed admirably in defeat. If you had told me we would only give up 3 at 165, I would have almost guaranteed a victory. My next opinion is from a data standpoint, not trying to seperate the team in anyway. The top 6 (125,133,149,174,184,HWT) I believe will or can compete with anyone not named Iowa. Those guys only generated 10 team points in the dual. Going forward, any team that has that kind of success against them is going to beat us. I like us and I like where we are, looking forward to seeing this team develop during the season.
