Didn’t support the University? Will they have to pay a penalty? Otherwise, I don’t see how it will produce millions of dollars? I realize that some people may have had to let it lapse because of job status, but a number of people chose to not support the team for one reason or another. Why should they be rewarded for that? Yes, we have had a couple of hard years, but the people that should be rewarded are those that stood behind the Hokies even in the bad times
