If not a VA guy, we need a mid-Atlantic guy!


Never, ever hire a guy who spent the majority of his career west of the Mississippi (again), otherwise you get a guy who focuses his recruiting in Texas. You'll have a bunch of verbals who will flip to closer universities at their first opportunity.
