I'm feeling good about the hire...here's why..


1) as of right now, there aren't many better jobs open right now (LSU, USC, and maybe Washington) and I don't think we're competing with Washington and USC for the same coaching pool.
2) there are a lot of good coaching options out there, I think the supply of coaches is great.
3) This isn't Weaver's first rodeo. By all accounts, he has a profile and knows what he wants (which will keep it from being a UTK like clownshow).

It's late, and there are probably other reasons, but I just feel really good about this hire.
