Good post but


what we all fail to take into mind is that today's college football is nowhere near anything we have ever seen. Regardless of team, the reality for CF has changed more in the last 2-3 years more than it has in the over hundred years since inception. NIL, multi-million dollar contracts, CFB playoffs of 4 heading towards 12+, Power 4ish conferences setting the rules instead of the NCAA, Supreme Court rulings that are unanimous for anti-trust, instant transfer portals...etc. College football is light years different now than in the Beamer era, or even just a few years ago. ESPN and its conference channels are now competing with the streaming services for college football $$$. Where does it all go??? We are all trying to figure out the new normal. It is definitely not the Beamer days. It's not just the hurry up offenses with the RPO that has shaken the landscape. We are all questioning where the future is heading.
