someone who is a current official but, in days of old if the lineup card was incorrect, no numbers, wrong numbers, player not listed that could result in a technical. There were a couple of other obscure provisions. One game my team started the game down 2-0 due to an infraction and then our head coach getting T'd up for protesting. Not sure of current rules but, particularly with ladies, extracurricular pregame activity is rare in my experience.
