The more I look at Chadwell, the more I think it could work. BUT

It would have to be a similar approach to what MY did in basketball. Chadwell would need to recognize that a higher level job needs higher level assistant coaches. You can't just bring the same guys over (like Fu did) and expect to get the same good results. P5 is a very different level in recruiting and in on field coaching.
