This is my biggest takeaway from this article....because, let's be honest.. Iowa, Wisky, Washington, Arkansas and Minnesota, for example, might spend more than VT, but since the BCS, they haven't played for a natty and probably won't anytime soon, if ever. VT on the other hand has.
the fact that UGA outspends everyone in recruiting is the difference and it shows. Recruit, recruit recruit! End of story.
