Assistants on short-term contracts. Breaking long-term contract in 1st yr


is not a smart career move unless you think you're going to screw up that job. Both are in the grace period of taking over new jobs.

Whoever take the Tech job will actually have a nice setup with a good recruiting class coming in and the starting quarterbacks at most of the competitors graduating this year. Next year should be a worse year for everyone except Clemson.
