Two of the hot names are coaches who haven't even finished a season as HC


People are touting Huff and Beamer but they are both first year head coaches. I want someone with a proven track record as a head coach or a coordinator. Fuente had only been a head coach for four years when he was hired. My ideal candidate would have been a successful head coach at two schools or an experienced/knowledgeable coordinator.
