I think he undervalued Virginia recruiting and battled an administration that had a delusional concept of the money needed to compete as a top 25 program. I believe he was overly stubborn and unwilling to make changes in staffing when it was painfully apparent it was needed. I believe there were issues with overall roster management. And I believe he lacked flexibility in dealing with some of the more "challenging" personalities on the team which resulted in transfers and frustrations. Finally, I believe his personality wasn't a mesh for southeastern US.

There are several other things that I believe were lacking with Fuente, but I don't believe we will find a lot of skeletons in the closet.
