He wants to win period and everyone around the program including position coaches and players better be on board or they're gone. Very few coaches like him.
Urban Meyer is cut from the same cloth. Meyer was so intense he burned himself out. Another guy that comes to mind is Dabo Sweeney. He's the reason Clemson is getting all those 5 star recruits. They are down this year but look out next year. I bet he whips them back into the top 5.
