Nebraska and Michigan both have alums coaching the team, which I'm sure affects both the ADs' handling of them and the coaches' thinking. That said, both coaches effectively said they'd rather come back and grind for another year for less money/smaller buyout than get more money to sit at home. I admire that. Not sure Fuente is like that. He made a comment in the postgame, and I could be reading too much into it, but saying he just comes in, does his job, and goes home, and that the players are the ones who get really bothered by the losses/negative talk about the program.
