These seats are a significant improvement. The cumulative effect is to lesson the glare from the level reflected off the (previous) wooden seats. Over the years there have been numerous complaints regarding excessive lighting in Cassell and the resultant effect on the game..

The literal reseating of the Cassell certainly doesn't totally resolve the issue of overillumination and its consequences (ranging from headaches and fatigue to decrease in sexual function).

But it is a start. Logically the next point to address would be retrofit of the ceiling fans to a considerably larger diameter.
