The chance that a 4 or 5 star recruit


Will live up to their ranking is much higher than a 2 or 3 stars recruit turning into a 5 star player.
Not all 4 or 5 star players are ranked properly. That's why you have to evaluate the player.
My last point. Look at the recruiting rankings and then look at which teams consistently have a shot at the national title and tell me they aren't correlated.
