His stubbornness, and inability to recruit, develop and retain players (especially quarterbacks), combined with unwarranted, blind loyalty to ineffective staff are detrimental to his future career prospects and has hurt VT. Will be surprised if he ever gets another P5 HC gig. Oh well
Wish Whit pressed for Fu to make needed changes prior to this final disastrous act. But Fu gotta be Fu — his way or the highway 100% of the time even when the obvious flaws of his way are known to all
