The federal govt is great at arguing their side. It's like the UNC cheaters


They do what they want, then argue it's not what it looks like unless the judge thinks it should be.... Then in that case it is what it looks like.
Unc said it wasn't an academic issue and it was taken care of... So their argument to the NCAA was that it was an academic issue and the NCAA was like, Oh, ok.
Like when the Affordable Care Act was challenged. It was claimed it wasn't a tax. Then the court rules it was a tax and therefore legal.
