The problem with waiting until Dec. 16th to fire Fuente is that

it is also the same day after the December Signing Day. No P5 program waits that long to fire their HC. If/When they do that, then they have pretty much guaranteed their next HC will be a disaster too because he has lost 1 recruiting class.
