No reduction.

There is still three years of payment overlap with a new hire even if the firing is postponed.

His term has all the markings of it being nearing terminal stage. They all look snake-bitten with bad breaks near the end. It might be a result of strong recruits staying away before then and the program being unable to fill in for injuries.
