If you view it purely from a numbers perspective..


continually declining revenue - ticket sales, concessions, merchandise, TV, advertising, donations vs The Buyout.
This isn't hard. The answer is already clear.
The question is how long does is the AD allowed to let this continue? I chose those words carefully because there is accountability here. Big donors, pressure at Board levels. Is Whit really calling the shots? Who will apply enough pressure to force the change? Surely not Sands..
