Marshall just announced it is too.

JMU Board of Visitors is going to have Virginia General Assembly review its application to move to FBS. Then JMU will join the Sun Belt with Virginia General Assembly blessing.

I saw today that rhe MAC will meet next week to consider expanding with Western Kentucky and Middle Tennessee.

I also saw where C-USA is talking to New Mexico State, Liberty, and UConn football along with Sam Houston State and perhaps Missouri State. The last two are to meet required basketball size. Sam Houston plays FCS football and could consider upgrading.
