Does the Alliance have enough support for the 8-team proposal?

It may have the support on the number of teams that should make the Playoffs. However, it may not have enough support on the idea that all 5 power conferences should receive an automatic bid to the Playoffs. Is the Alliance willing to drop that requirement from the proposal in exchange for 1 of the following alternatives listed down below?

1. All 8 spots are at-large.
2. 4 highest ranked conference champions regardless of P5/G5 affiliation receive a bid and the 4 highest ranked at-large teams which could still include conference champions.
3. 8 highest ranked conference champions receive a bid to the Playoffs.
