Those sites linked through sportsurge can be challenging. Windows systems are prime targets for bad guys, but not sure my Linux is much better anymore. That said, when necessary I use Firefox with the Noscript extension. Noscript allows you to give permissions to only those cookies you choose. Some are musts for those sites to work, but not all. It takes a little trial and error and if you want a perfect world, it ain't it. Privacy Badger extension among others might also increase safety. My opinion is never put credit card info up here, ever. Hope this helps someone.
