Don't disagree with the idea of gun safety for anyone, but disagree with
the argument. How does a right imply any requirement if it's not exercised? Should there be mandatory training for anything you have the right to do?
Frankly, I see it more like water safety or fire safety. There's an argument for it because it's a dangerous thing you might come in contact with and by providing for it, we have a better society.
