If anyone here has been part of a winning culture on a sports team …


it’s hard to explain. You literally expect to win. There is no doubt, no second guessing, and you are amazingly surprised to lose (but still expect to win the next game). Seems we lost that at VT a good while ago. Now it seems we hope to win. That’s going to take a strong leader (coach) and great team leaders (players) … which means it’s likely going to be a while.
