Coaches had too much out of their control.


How do you coach around missing 15 to 25 players for weeks at a time?

Some Teams / Regions / Divisions were more stringent than others, regarding players missing games, but coaches had ZERO to do with it.

Then all the missed practices etc. That was a throw away season for all.
Any time that thrived was either stacked with depth or lucky IMO.
