I like Fu and thought he had a good shot at coaching this team to 8-4


but he's clearly not on that track after 7 games, which means he's probably on the way out. We'll be lucky to find 3 more wins on the schedule to finish .500 if we can't beat a very limited Syracuse team.

My preference would still be to keep Fu and replace Cornelsen with a real, million-dollar OC, plus any assistants the new OC wants to turnover at WR,RB,OL (Shibest is doing great as ST Coord). That and replace Hilgart who as the S&C coach is directly responsible for WR's who don't gain mass, LB's who look like CB's and DL who lose weight

I realize that is the less likely scenario that totally cleaning house, but I like Fu and I like J-Ham, and would be willing to give that combo another couple years. Aside from Pitt, all of our losses have been close. So I guess you gotta decide is this kind of "year of close losses"
that leads to a season of close wins, or leads to a season of blowout losses?
