I hear you, but if VT is the 20th Best Job

I would be comfortable with the 15-20th best coach. If we luck into Urban Meyer or Nick Saban sure they will leave, but we have a pretty good culture and fan base that could land a long term guy if he really likes it in Blacksburg. We will pay more than most.
