From what I remember, the guy's photo he used is in Houston


@TeaysValleyHokie called Knoxville news and they confirmed he never worked there.
This guy doesn't exist. He is an agent (3 guesses which one) or someone on said agent's staff drumming up interest and shaping a narrative. Same with the Howington guy also.
Whoever is posting may know something but don't believe for a second they are who they say they are.
