Articles keep using the term misfire. What does that even mean? Do they


mean a negligent discharge? If so, were they blanks or live rounds? Neither is good but one is more deadly than the other. Either way, if you hear bang when you pull the trigger, and did not expect it, you have a problem. LE knows and the story should be out soon. I agree with you, extreme negligence regardless. Maybe they were all high.
