Who will score 3 TDs? Even if the D scores one, I still only see 17 points

Who on offense will start making plays to score TDs? I just dont see the talent on the field. Our QB is what I thought he was last year. I said he was bad, and I still believe it. He is not a P5 QB. That hampers everything else we do.
