If the Mouse hasn't played that card yet, then is it possible the Mouse

believes the card isn't as power as people may think? The only other thought that crossed my mind is if the Mouse plays that card, then it could impact the Mouse's other relationships (i.e. cable/satellite providers are sticking together as a brotherhood) and maybe the Mouse doesn't want to rock that boat yet.
