Looking at trucks again - Ram or Tundra?

Bought a 2010 Tacoma last year and have loved it but I really do want something bigger. Found a Ram and a Tundra nearby, both 2010 model year, about 100K miles, about $21k. A quick search shows Rams can have cam lifter issues which is $$ to repair. I lean toward Toyota in general because of its reliability but would be interested in other opinions.
