Shows how important it is to get a coach who ABSOLUTELY loves the Hokies

And can sell that. With CMY, you KNOW it from his past and his ties to the NRV. That was the one thing that told me MY is a perfect fit with his experience. And it is playing out that way. There are maybe three coaches I can recall right now that fit that mold in football. Arians, shame Beamer, and Justin Hamilton... each has their own difficulties
