Toyota trucks have both fill and drain plugs, so you...


...remove the fill plug first, then pull the drain plug. Drain the oil into the catch pan, install a new crush washer, then reinstall the drain plug. Pump new fluid into the differential until it's running out, including friction modifiers if you have a clutch type LSD, then replace the fill plug.

You are done!
