Unfortunately replacing a program icon isn't ez. Great example in Obnoxvile

And replacing coach after coach doesn't always work either.
Neither does being arrogant a thinking just anyone would want to your coach.
Or that your AD is always going to get it right.
Especially if your not an Alabama who can toss a 3rd world countries GNP at the program
