of the guys in upper management at the large corporation where I work. He's very polished, very slick, and very buttoned down. Guys like that tend to be articulate and master the art of being verbose without actually disclosing any meaningful content. They always remind me of the wonderful line in the old Talking Heads song "Once In A Lifetime"... "you're talking a lot, but you're not saying anything."
